What it does
- Collects price data from sources on a schedule
- Stores the history in a database so trends can be charted over time
- Serves a web dashboard with charts
Why it's here
The same pattern runs through my other work: pull data from an outside API reliably, store it cleanly, and make it searchable or visible. Crypto prices just happen to be the data.
Security
API keys stay out of the code and out of the public repository, and the public dashboard is read-only.
